Spirit of the Season!
The Toronto Automobile Dealer’s Association stirred, whipped and baked up a memorable holiday-themed Home for Dinner in mid-December, truly spreading holiday cheer and the spirit of the season to families of children who were too ill to be home for the holidays.
More than 25 friends of the TADA prepared everything from spaghetti and chicken to salad and steaks for over 60 children, their parents and siblings, in the House kitchen.
They also came with special guests! Santa made an early pit stop, handing out more than 45 gifts, while two members of the Toronto Maple Leafs also made a special appearance. Joffrey Lupul and Clarke MacArthur signed autographs and posed for pictures with admirers young and old!
Home for Dinners offer groups of volunteers the opportunity to support seriously ill children and their families by providing and preparing a meal at the House.
