Patterns in the Environment
Grades JK-3 students are discovering patterns in their everyday environment right now.
By touring the House, students were able to hunt down the various exciting and interesting patterns found in wallpaper, on toys and on furniture. This hands-on experience, complimented by investigations on the SmartBoard, has definitely expanded and personalized their understanding of this math topic.
