Jayson is Co-Founder, President and CEO of CanDeal, Canada’s largest Alternative Trading System, a position he has held since 2002. He has spent more than 30 years within the Financial Services sector in a variety of senior positions with companies including TD Securities, Richardson Greenshields of Canada and Merrill Lynch. He also holds professional designations from the Institute of Corporate Directors and the Investment Industry Organization of Canada. Jayson previously chaired the United Way Campaign for Merrill Lynch Canada.  He first became involved with Ronald McDonald House Charities Toronto in 2007.

“It is important for me to be involved with Ronald McDonald House Charities Toronto because the environment and services that the House provides creates a "home away from home" for families during an extremely difficult time in their lives. The time and effort that I put forth on behalf of the House and the Board is aimed at ensuring the goals and objectives of the House are attained, and to the greatest extent possible, expanded upon."
